Absolutely, I’ve moderated both discord and Roblox servers. I’m actively a member of staff team in a small server with around 800-900 members named “Mythical Lodge”. Currently work as a consultant for staff, and previously as the Head Administrator/Administrative Supervisor.
Under the guise of Roblox servers, I’ve been actively moderated various servers, but typically have found myself moderating “Hotel” or, “Cafe” esc games. However I have managed and moderated a military game as well. Typically being a part of management or part of a supervisor team. Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I’m driven to contribute to a community I’ve invested time in by keeping it fair, enjoyable, and free from disruptive behavior. I respect the high standard this server maintains, and I want to be part of that discipline. My goal isn’t authority, but responsibility—making sure the space remains secure, respectful, and consistent with the rules.
Are You Familiar With Any Current Staff?
No, I haven’t exactly had a major discussion with any staff members, possibly because I don’t intend on getting in trouble. But I see how MI staff act and I understand the qualities and values that are necessary to become and maintain staff integrity.
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
Weekdays: (Varies) 4 PM – 10 PM EST
Weekends: (Varies) 4 PM – 1 AM EST
How Would You Handle Rule Breaking?
It of course depends on the severity of the rule breaking in every case. As expected, First time offenders are typically meant to be forgiven, yet it depends on the severity, for example, a misunderstanding or common mistake that could be made, I would provide insight, explain what they did wrong, and give them a warning. A first time offender of a more severe case for example, mass RDM, any other type of major infractions would likely be punished by a one or two day banned, or dependent on staff and punishment standards.
Repeat offenders of small infractions with multiple warnings, or just reports. A ban, a day or two, or dependent on staff and punishment standards. Assuming the individual has an extensive amount of warnings/reports, they would receive a ban under my jurisdiction.
I believe in a fair, just, and consistent moderation. I understand and forgive those who do not understand, and I punish those whom are aware and are guilty of their reports. I’ve maintained a consistent, logical, and honest view on every incident I’ve encountered with troublesome individuals, I hold no political biases.

I am a very detailed-oriented individual. I collect information and views of individuals and consider everything to come to a final verdict and decision. I take everything into consideration.
