i can enter all of the passenger seats but not the driver seat for some odd reason would really like some help

Hi there! All vehicles are supposed to be drivable and where you can enter your seat. Perhaps it has something to do with your game? If the problem still persists, please contact a moderator.

You should follow of what @glzyyu said. But maybe the issue was the car was locked?

Also, Some cars have doors that you need to open in order to get in. Most of the cars you can just go through the door.

If it was a law enforcement vehicle, it is most likely locked. If it is your own civilian vehicle. I am unsure sorry.
