Yes, I was Banned for 24 Hours for RDM. I couldn't view the evidence until I appealed my Discord ban for Racism, which David reviewed. I saw what I did and signed a USMS agent in BOA with no reason. I understood and reflected on my mistake, and I haven't had any trouble ever since.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
I've been mostly playing Perris. I've been going on the LA servers for the past week and trying to join LAPD, but the training times are not good for me.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
For the last 3 years, I've been playing in Perris mostly, from the failure of V3 and the great times of the old V2 and V2.5. I had great times playing Perris, and seeing it now, its popularity and playerbase have substantially increased, especially in 2023 when Previews of LA were being made, I believe the Rolling hills area or Santa Monica before it was Compton, which is now released. But when I first applied for Moderation for Mountain, I felt like I knew I may not pass the application due to being hard to be accepted into the team. Back then, friends I had from playing Perris saw me as unserious and a joke at everything. But when I did my first ever application, I had belief in myself and said, once I'm in the team, I will do my best to my ability to moderate Perris to make a safe environment for everyone to roleplay. I passed the Application and began the training process, and got into a trial before waking up to being banned on all platforms. Someone made an edited screenshot of saying a racial slur. I tried many ways to find out how I can appeal my ban, but I was hardware ID banned and couldn't get on anywhere. I had contact with Captain Man and couldn't do anything, and went to higher-ups, but got no response back. Finally, after a few months after my ban, my account was able to play Perris and went back to having fun in-game. Later in April of 2025, I appealed my ban and proved there was no substantial evidence to ban me for Racism. Now that I'm back on all platforms, I want to bring my legacy with me to the present and do what I do i wanted to dream of doing. Making Perris and now LA a safe roleplaying experience for everyone to have fun in, like how it has always been in the past. The moderation has improved after playing for a long time, and I would like to join in to assist, as I'm always in-game and have always seen people break rules, but no mods being in-game makes the process harder for people to get banned. Website reports are a great option, but Justice should be served by the time of the incident. But after being a long-time player, I would love to return to the mod team to help make the mountain community a safe and great roleplaying game for all.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Overall, to all offenders, no matter what, I try to get each person's story and get as much evidence to review and conduct a thorough investigation to see what punishment will be imposed on the offender. First offenders, depending on which rule has been broken, will receive a minimum punishment depending on the rule. Repeat Offender, I like to treat it as a three-strike policy, but will get a higher and higher punishment as they keep breaking rules until I review with higher-ups on what the situation should go forward as. Overall, I do my best to use my ability to be fair and review all evidence and ask higher-ups for opinions before making a decision.
Anything Else We Should Know?
I have been a developer for some simple projects and some games just for fun. I haven't done any in a while, but I think I prefer that. I'm pretty active, but now that I'm older, there are more things in my life I need to do. I can't always be there to assist, but I do my best to help.
Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?
Used to speak Spanish, but had to let go due to being in an English environment. I can understand what people say in Spanish, but otherwise it's pretty much useless
