I want to help community because I see many members won't RP and I want to fix that making sure everyone gets a sweet RP experience. I decided to apply 3 days ago but I could't apply because I didn't know how. Now, I asked an moderator to help me and here I am. I have experience in other servers as I said above. I am playing Perris:CA for 3 weeks now, and I really enjoy it except the ones who won't RP. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Explain how you would deal with first-time offenders, repeat offenders, and what punishments you would apply. Show you understand how to be fair, consistent, and firm.
First, for first time offenders I would just give them a weak punishment since it's their first time but I won't give a verbal warning since they are required to read guidelines. For repeat offenders I will give more severe punishment since they have done it many times and did not get a lesson, hurting our RP community. Anything Else We Should Know?
