Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I would like to be a moderator because I truly think I its not about caring the kick/ban hammer, its about making the game fair, and enjoyable for all, even our non-members, I feel that my experience in moderating DoJ, and TRC which were fairly big groups at the time can help me assist you guys in making this the best server on Roblox! I am pretty solid with communication and conflict resolution as in real life, I was a manager at my Local McDonalds, so I have in-person experience for dealing with people who are not too happy and making things right as well as my current job at Spectrum, which would be over the phone irate customers I would like to be a moderator because I would love to give back to this amazing community that has welcomed me with open arms. I feel like together we can truly make this server strive and teach players what this server is really about, coming in having a great time with your friend and most importantly having fun while roleplaying. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
I can moderate anytime After 12AM on SU-MO-WD-TH then all day TU-FR-SA EST
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Rule breaking can be handled multiple ways, sometimes its intentional, sometimes it's accidental, anytime you see someone breaking the rules, I believe in the 4 step process, 1st is a warning, warn them for whatever situation let them know what can be done and can't be done, odds are its a kid who has never RP'ed before and are trying to get used to it, if the situation continues, it would be a :jail, let them know what they did, why they are being kicked for it and then kick them, if you have to go to step three, repeat previous steps, but apply a 1 day ban if permitted, if it continues, take the ban to the next step, depending on MI rules. Anything Else We Should Know?
