Incident Description: This guy pulled me and my partner(p_rson1fy) over and accused us of running a red light, he repeatedly tried getting our IDs but since the stop was illegal we didn't comply. He then opened my door and put me in cuffs which my partner and another deputy that was on scene(Lio67566) took action by cuffing him.
