I have also moderated some other games outside of roblox like FiveM. (Community Moderator)
Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
Currently I am playing more of Perris California within MI, I also enjoy playing the LA version though! Even though I don't have a favorite game within MI both are very good I enjoy playing them as I mentioned and I'm frequently changing games so for example today I'm playing Perris and tomorrow I'll play LA. Whenever I become a community moderator for the Mountain Interactive community and games I'd moderate both of the games of course, I do see some lack of moderation within Perris so I'll put more effort into Perris till there is more moderation / oversight when that happens I'll frequently change games as well. I'll try my best to moderate whatever game is lacking moderation so for example if I see somebody complaining on the Discord or sends me a Direct message mentioning a game or server that needs help and there are no active moderation / staff members online I'd go ahead and help and get it under control and provide the best I can.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
My interest in the Mountain Interactive Moderation Team is their tasks and how they have to be performed like answering tickets and like overall support for the game and server, applying support to the discord (answering questions, helping people, where things are etc) staff investigations and so on as well as helping fellow staff members and normal server members, handling their reports / questions or concerns and the rest of their tasks, it mainly interested me as I'm all about helping and I have experience within Staff's tasks as mentioned above and the Mountain Interactive Moderation Team tasks as I've done it before and will do it with pleasure in MI and perform it professionally.
I would love to contribute towards and to be apart of the Mountain Interactive Moderation Team to help the MI divisions team push out faster and cleaner responses. It's always been a desire to work with the RPD Team and this is the perfect opportunity to show off that I'm capable for Mountain Interactive's Moderation Team with my creativity and skills. My goal is to be apart of the Moderation division to find contribute the following: Activity, Professionalism, Dedications, Ideas, Game support (support issues, answering calls questions etc) as well as for the Discord of course! Problems / questions for MI members and who overall needs assistance and help and to ensure a smooth playing experience for everybody upon the release of an professional and matterful answer / issue fix. My work ethic enthusiasm shines like no other person. I am the perfect fit for activity within the Mountain Interactive Moderation Team and being helpful overall. (As well for the other reasons stated above) Within the Mountain Interactive Moderation Team of MI I'll work countless hours to try help and provide a smooth experience within MI. To help ensure it gets remains it's activity and professionalism!
Currently the approach I'm working on is by getting to know the team within the Mountain Interactive Moderation Team and become close with them as I might come along with them! I'll be sure to have a good bond with every / majority of the Mountain Interactive Moderation Team member's, from there on I'll work closely with them within investigations / team responses & activity by remaining profession and having dedication and being helpful at the same time. I'm planning on remaining profession and provide dedication while in my Mountain Interactive Moderation Team stay. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
Yes, I am familiar with some of MI's current team / staff members like: Kaireoooo, Daniel and Donnce.
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
My timezone is EST, I'll be available from: Week Days (Monday to Friday) from 7:00 AM to around 1:30 PM then I'll head to work and get on around 8-9 PM again. (sometimes it could be I'm on earlier than 7AM) Weekends: (Saturday to Sunday) basically the whole day. (to around 6PM depends, sometimes it's the whole day sometimes it's till 6-7PM)
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Within my experience as in moderation / staff I have learned and took some things by the book, first time offenders (minor cases for example VDM) I'd give them a warning and log that in their moderation, if it's a bigger case like for example (RDM and FRP) I'd kick warn them that means I'd kick them from the game and then put a warning into their moderation system. Large cases for example (Mass RDM, Major FRP, LTAA) I'd ban them from the game and let them know if an appeal is available or not. If I would warn somebody for example VDM as I mentioned in the first time offender minor case and I notice they have have down this before and received a kick for it I'd still go by my warning as it's his first time but I'd pay close attention to him once I see him do some weird stuff. Second time offenders (minor cases for example VDM) I'd kick them from the game as they received a recent warning for that case (in the same server) as they were clearly warned and told not to do it again or else they would receive a punishment, they didn't listen so we have to only moderate them. I cannot spare anybody as I don't do favoritism, I handle everyone how I'm asked and told to handle. Anything Else We Should Know?
