Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I am usually more active in the game "Perris, California", but I also play the game "Los Angeles, California" as well.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I want to become a moderator for the community "Mountain Interactive" because I have been playing within this community for a while I enjoy playing until a rule violator comes into play. I enjoyed moderating for multiple other communities, and I thought to myself, why not apply for a community that I enjoy playing for? So here I am. Another reason why I want to become a moderator for this community is that I have made a lot of great relationships with the people in this community and what better way to benefit the community with more community engagement. Some other reasons why I want to become a moderator for this community are that I want to give back to the community that gave me joy and happiness. I also want to become a moderator to grow my moderation experience as well as building new skills or strengthen the skill set I currently have. I want to become a moderator for "Mountain Interactive" because I want to grow within the community as well as strengthen and sharing my skill sets from others. Many other reasons I want to become a moderator here are that the work environment is very healthy and respectful, adding on to that, the way staff handles cases here is very impressive, everything is very well organized and well situated. I am willing to put in the time for quotas needed, and I am very willing to bring my skills to the table. I want to grow with this community as a team and a family, as well as help out in the community in any way possible.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes, the staff member I am most familiar with would be "BoltedChase" however, I am unsure if he is currently still employed by you.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

I am available to moderate all days of the week, but the time frame usually varies. Monday through Fridays I am usually available in the afternoons Saturdays, to Sundays I'm usually available all days. Note that these times may be paused due to my duties as being a volunteer firefighter.

How Would You Handle rule-breaking?

For rule-breaking, I would start by addressing the situation, the users involved, the reporting party, and the suspect party. I would first address the reporting party and gather information that would be useful for the case with things like, what happened and any photo or video evidence. I would then address the suspected party by bringing the user to a secluded area and jailing the user. I would then go about telling them what they have done wrong and getting there side of the story. If the evidence given shows any of the rule violations, I would then issue a punishment which may depend on factors of which rules are broken, and the user's previous moderation history. First-time offenders, I would let off with a verbal or logged warning depending on the severity of the case. If it is a multiple-time offender, I would then issue a ban, the time would vary depending on which rule violation was committed.

Anything Else We Should Know?

All my experience within the moderation team has been listed in the previous question above. I have been a fireman for about a year now what it has taught me is a lot of various skill sets from leadership, teamwork, community engagement, and more. I feel that those skills I have developed can help me become a better person, and that they would help me become a moderator here at Mountain Interactive.
Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

I can speak Spanish a bit, not very strong and fluent in the language but my primary language is English.
