Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
To be honest, during my time in my community we seen the lack of presence of moderators there is potential to the community to be able to report individuals and have a rapid response in handling their issues that they are experiencing within LA and Perris in order to make the community fun and safe for everyone. I like to communicate and engage in the community that can create trust and safety for them in order for everyone to have the best interaction within Mountain Interactive, I like to rebuild the trust to the community as I known that most of our Police Units believe that the moderators don't care in holding people accountable and other issues that are occurring within the Mountain Interactive Community Games.
When it comes to moderation, I have developed many experience within moderation because I enjoy in helping communities with their experiences to ensure that people have a fun time and show an example to individuals that actions have consequences if they decide to break rules and how they learn from it in the future. When trying to help people I must be non bias and have a clear mind with both parties to ensure that they are heard and have a chance to speak their case towards me to give the correct punishment to the other individual in a way that they can learn. I always love to listen to people and help them in every way, during my time in college I have developed leadership skills and communicative skills that will help myself as a moderator to execute the daily tasks and quota that the moderator in Mountain Interactive must achieve within the Community. My main goal is try to contribute back to the community by helping them to have a place within Mountain Interactive.
As a candidate applying for Moderator in Mountain Interactive, most candidates will said they are different than other people but Instead of telling you I 'think differently,' I'd like to share that my commitment towards self-awareness and accountability because a lot of people talk about enforcing rules or 'being fair,' but not many talk about holding themselves accountable. I believe a strong moderator not only manages others but is also open to feedback, admits mistakes, and adjusts accordingly. I came to this community for a purpose because I always wanted to be a Law Enforcement Officers within California and this community is a great example of realistic roleplay and how RPD has shown me the ways of proper policing and high standards to ensure that every decision is a good than a bad one. I'm thankful for the opportunity to apply for this staff application and looking forward in working with you guys in the future. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
Yes, Mysticmeadow23
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
From 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. I have college on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I'm able to fulfill quota and expectations that may come to the moderation team.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
When handling a rule breaking, I will review the evidences and testimony from the individual that made the report to ensure that I know the full story that occurred in that incident, after reviewing the evidences I will check with the rules to see if there is a clear violation of rule breaking to ensure that there is accountable from the other side of the party.
