No.

Yes

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

Yes, I primarily moderate FiveM servers. I currently moderate Central FivePD, I moderated Sunset Valley Roleplay and I am currently management staff for Highlands Roleplay.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I play Perris mostly, and I would want to moderate Perris because from my understanding and time spent in game we rarely have enough moderators on, and I want to change that.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I would like to become a moderator because as a current member of Mountain Interactive, as well as a paying one I have been able to see firsthand how special and how unique mountain really is. I also want to become a moderator because I have a passion and dedication to service as well as assisting others. I have been in many IRL leadership positions, and I currently am in one (will state in an interview if need be.) This has taught me how to be an upstanding role model while still being able to have fun and demonstrate how to do it properly to ensure others may have fun as well. Another reason I want to become a moderator is because everyone can use a helping hand every once in a while. Whether it be questions about rules, gameplay or overall just a friendly conversation I am always available.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

No.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

PST 3:30 PM-10:00 PM M-F, 10:00AM to 11:00 PM Sat-Sun

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

If it is a first time offense I would pull both parties apart, the reporter and the person being reported. I would speak to both people individually and ask for a basic rundown of what happened, when it happened and what they think could have escalated it. I would ask both parties for a clip or any type of evidence and review it thoroughly. After reviewing my evidence I would again speak to both parties, let them know what my decision will be and make that decision. If a clip shows substantial evidence of a person being say RDMed or of someone violating basic server rules I would issue a punishment such as a warn or a kick. If there is zero evidence of a suspect committing a rule violation I would inform them that no action would be taken. However if it is a repeat offense I would still gather substantial evidence, review it and because they are a repeat I would most likely hand a stricter punishment to show them that MI wont tolerate people constantly ruining others experiences, whether that punishment be a temp ban or a perm ban.
