Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?

No.

Were you a previous Staff Member?

No.

Do You Have a Working Microphone?

Yes.

What Country Are You From?

Serbia.

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

Yes, I've previously worked for other communities on ROBLOX such as "Stanton County, Westlake" and "Lost Somewhere in LA".

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

When i wish to roleplay as security, LAFD or just generally want a nice roleplay, i play on Los Angeles. Perris is my go-to whenever I'm just bored and wish to be in gun fights or hostage situations.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I've always had a general interest in helping people and loved being apart of a community. I believe I can bring a calm and respectful approach to conflicts and issues that occur within the game. I completely understand that being a moderator isn't just about enforcing rules, for me it's about being a good example to the community and to show that there's someone always there to help and to be there in a time of crisis, a person that you can tell anything and that will listen to you and support you. I commit myself to keeping an environment safe and positive in every community including this one. I'm eager to learn more about being a staff member In roleplay communities and i believe ill learn from my colleagues or higher ups and i hope they will too be a good example to not just me but rather everyone in this community.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes, a few like Mysticmeadow, starredsaturn and Mrjumpvortex.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

CEST - I'm almost always available to moderate.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

Depends, mostly on how severe the rule breaking is. If it was a minor offense I would always give them a second chance and give them a verbal warning and explain what rule they broke and how they broke it, i find a warning appropriate just so they don't have anything on their record that could affect their reputation or future careers in the community. If they continue misbehaving or break the same rule again i would need to kick or ban them depending on the severity but of course before doing so i would explain why they're being banned and for how long and give them a few tips about what not to do in the future. In any case I would try and view the situation from both point of views and obviously ask for proof such as pictures or clips or any other evidence they could provide to prove their story.

Anything Else We Should Know?

No, that's all!

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

Yes, I can moderately speak French and I'm fluent In Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian (Basically the same language).
