Incident Description*:

I arrested Barcelori for Opening my police vehicles car door for no reason. Once i arrested him i asked him "DO you have anything on you thats gonna stick me, stab me or poke me?" to which he answered "My Sausage", referring to his Genitalia. Afterwards when i sat him down in my car he started swearing at me and calling me Profanities.
