Hello,
I’m writing to appeal my recent 2-day ban for alleged RDM x2. I believe this punishment is unfair, and I’d like to explain the context of both situations in which I was accused.
First Situation: A police officer drove into my vehicle, which caused both of our cars to get stuck. I calmly got out and even apologized to show I had no bad intentions. Despite this, the officer ignored my effort to defuse the situation. He seemed aggressive, tried to tase and cuff me even though he was the one who caused the incident. I felt threatened, especially since he had his weapon out, so I reacted and shot him in self-defense.
Second Situation: My friend was being arrested by the police, and I saw the officers with their weapons drawn. I genuinely thought my friend was in serious danger or about to be wrongfully arrested. In the heat of the moment, I decided to intervene by shooting to help him escape. Again, it wasn't random I acted because I believed my friend was under threat.
In both cases, I did not act randomly or to troll. I made decisions based on the perceived danger and roleplay context. I understand the rules and always try to respect them. If my actions were misunderstood, I’m truly sorry, and I’m willing to be more cautious in future interactions with law enforcement in the game.
