So what happened was theres a rogue USMS shooting at me shot my tires when I was driving. Then he tases me while hes a uc (got banned for that for 5 days) and then cuffs me but I did not get a cuff notification at all and I did not know I had cuffs on because I can use my guns. Then I guess i interfered with a scene (did not) that a staff was roleplaying in and he is lying because I killed the cop when I was in "cuffs" (did not know I was in cuffs).
