Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

Hello, I'm ZenixSin I've been a member of this community for a couple of months now, I've decided to apply for this position cause of the community base and moderation team, starting off with community base, this community has inspired me to apply for this position as I generally like how good this community is, I want to forever make a positive change on the members of MI's mindset of roleplay showcasing from wrong to right correcting there mistakes for the better of their engagements inside roleplay scenarios, I might have limited knowledge on moderation but however I'm willing to take that step and learn for the better, gain the knowledge and skills that is required for this position, I've ran many past groups achieving a good community basis with activity, however I believe I could dedicated my skills and activity towards this group, towards the everyday members inside this community the ones that are stuck or concerned about something I would always be a helping hand and a DM away, if anyone wants to talk to me about anything they believe is concerning I'm willing to put the effort in, to hear their voice and understand both sides of the story and get there perspectives, Moderation Team, the moderation team inside MI is purely wonderful they understand both sides of the situation and are generally looking to resolve the scenario with a peaceful outcome, that's why I've been inspired to join this amazing moderation team, so I can also help out the community even more with the position and just to generally help out others experience, I'm willing to above and beyond for this position to go the extra mile to achieve the best results available, the availability to engage inside the community and create friendships throughout my time if selected as moderator, just to show that the staff team isn't all about handing out punishments it's about the community and the engagement we want to do, the way we are willing to exert ourselves as people that want to see better for them and others, as well I see myself a problem solver thinking outside the box for the best results, always giving my 110% of effort into all my tasks, I normally average around 8-9 hours per a day inside MI's games ranging from Perris to Los Angles this is showcasing my pure activity and dedication towards the community.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

ProbsSona, WestSpade.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

Weekdays:
Monday To Friday: 2:30 PM - 11 PM

Weekends:
Saturday To Sunday: 7:00 AM - 2 AM

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

First Time Offenders, I believe it isn't too much of a wrongdoing and that people can change and fix their mistakes, the average player normally doesn't know they are breaking a rule on their first time in these sorts of roleplay community, that's why I would go off the guidelines or a simple warning based on the infraction and inform them of the rules-based inside the group for them to review over for their better half.

Repeat Offenders, With Repeat Offenders I would assess the situation and how sorry they are based on their actions if it was generally an accident or on purpose either way, I would still conduct the punishment as whatever is labelled inside the guidelines, which would either be a, 1. Warning or 2. Temp Ban, either way, it's decided on the guidelines.

Anything Else We Should Know?

I might have a poor moderation history, but I've honestly changed, and wanting to do better for this community and the members, I'm willing to act on everything I've stated inside this application.

I would also like to state thank you for taking the time out of your day to review my application, it's very much appreciated to consider my application👍

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

Hi,

While your application is super sweet, your activity in the community and willing to be helpful is insufficient, this means while I was reviewing your messages you weren't engaged in the community to help and answer questions. Be sure to work on that!
