Have You Moderated Other Communities?

I worked as a Senior Administrator and Management at DOJ:RP (221,000 members - the provided game has a new owner and a new game has now been created). I worked as a moderator in [UK:RP] Eurotunnel, Border Roleplay (140,000 members). I worked as a project manager on an ERLC server Los Angeles Roleplay (8,000 members). I have taken my extensive experience in various fields with me and am therefore ready to fully fulfill my duties as a former Senior Moderator in the Mountain Interactive Staff Team and to honorably moderate and support this community.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
Perris, California

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I would like to be accepted back into the staff team so I can showcase my talents and abilities again. During my time on the staff team and the positive reception I received when I first joined, I simply felt that I belong here, to provide support and give my best, within my capabilities.

I would definitely be happy to be accepted back again so I can simply join this amazingly good and positive community. During my time as a senior moderator, I simply realized that it's not just a server where you can have a lot of fun, but also meet positive people, whether on the staff team or in the community.

I've enjoyed this community for several years now, and I've always wondered how the players and the entire community behave. Where I noticed that it is an amazingly surprising community and I enjoyed investing my free time here, so I applied to the staff team a while ago and was successfully accepted and taken on, since then the staff team has amazed me and wants me to show off my best abilities and intelligence.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Known to FarmerDan, Aquo_ss, Watamelon, kai and mxchne.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

In real life, I work from 6 a.m. to about 1 p.m., so my available hours would be from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. CEST. It always depends on the season.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

(Violation example: RDM)

I would punish a violation of our guidelines as follows. First, I would sit down with the complaining party—in this case, in the "Staff Sitroom"—and listen to their side of the story. I would proceed based on their statement. I ask the person for evidence such as video recordings or other verbal evidence to ensure that such a violation actually occurred. Even if there is a violation and the person is punished, this is logged in the "function" channel and the person with the evidence is successfully moderated. Before further disputes are initiated, I would first check whether the person affected is in the game. If the person affected is in the game, I would spectate them and bring them to the sitroom. I would explain to them that they received a report with sufficient evidence. In turn, I listen to the affected person's statements. If the person is not in the game, external proceedings are taken and the person would be moderated from there. In the case of RDM, a warning is issued (depending on the person's background). If there are multiple violations, it can lead to a warning, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban.
