Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days?

Not that I think of, if I did, which I'm sure I didn't, it would be for a small infraction that shouldn't affect my application

Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?

No

Were you a previous Staff Member?

No

Do You Have a Working Microphone?

Yes

What Country Are You From?

United States

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

I've been a moderator and a high-ranking staff member in many Roleplay servers based in Emergency Response Liberty County.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I mainly play LARP Main server (Los Angeles, California)

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
First, I am motivated to become a staff member by helping the community, spreading good vibes, and keeping the game fair and just with a safe environment so everyone can play. I enjoy being a staff member and supporting communities. I lately stopped playing Emergency Response Liberty County since I got bored with the same concept, and knowing that other games are much more realistic. I then came across LARP, and I thought to play it like roleplaying and be an active member. Once playing this game, I realised how attached I became, so I figured I should shoot my shot and apply as I have years (2 Years) of experience and I'm used to moderating and taking care of individuals violating rules. This is a new opportunity for me as I've never been a Staff Member within Mountain Interactive. My schedule for being able to moderate if I do get accepted will be perfect, as I do spend hours in the game. I have Great Grammar, and I do remember to stay professional at all times. I remember to be fair and have reasonable proof before attempting to punish someone in violation of a rule or being reported. I will be honest, I used to play Perris, California, and I did begin a small record, I believe, so I had infractions as I would leave the game to avoid being arrested because I would have anger issues, Trust me I've gone to a therapist to clear up my anger issues. Now I'm a nice guy who doesn't get angry or raise his voice to other people. I feel like I'm fit to be a staff member within MI as I do meet all requirements, and I come with years of experience in the field of Moderating.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

I wouldn't say yes because I don't know the names of some staff member's but I've made dozens of interactions with them as in Roleplaying with some.

I do not have a poor relationship with staff members as I'm always friendly within this community.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

PST
Weekdays
4:30PM - 5:00PM to 8:30PM - 9:00PM
Weekends depend on if Im out with family or not
10:00AM - 11:00PM

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

First-time offenders
It depends on the violation they are committing, if it's something simple as VDM or maybe accidental RDM I would leave it as a Warning next time it could lead to a Infraction or a kick.

Repeat Offenders
Repeat Offenders are likely trollers or people who don't understand "Rules". Depending if they have committed RDM or a Different cause, It will likely end into a kick or ban (1-3 Days I would say) since it is justifiable because the person is just breaking rules constantly so I feel like we should punish them and show them what will happen if it is continued.

Other Punishments
V-TOS should require an instant Permanent Ban as it is violating MI's and possibly Roblox TOS, which should be acceptable and tolerated in the community, which sets a bad vibe, including an unsafe environment.
Other things, such as Staff Disrespect, would also lead to a ban for 1-7 days or an infraction, as everyone should be treated with respect since we would be in charge of keeping everything under control and safe for others.

I'm not known with Mountain Interactive's Punishment book or list, but these are just my suggestions/guesses as I would do this in Emergency Response Liberty County.

Anything Else We Should Know?

I've been a Donor for almost 5-6 Months, not every month, but sometimes.

I've had lots of experience moderating, which should give me an advantage if I do get accepted as a staff member within MI.

Skills that really do affect me and help me moderate are just having a respectful staff team and having great communication within another with great teamwork.

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

Spanish
