Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days?

I was warned for RDM but that was appealed on the same day (03/25/25). It was a pursuit gone wrong with a blue on blue situation. I mistook an RPD officer as the suspect and shot them after they also had neutralized the suspect. Thankfully I had a clip to prove my mistake and of me apologizing after realizing what happened.

Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?

Nope. First time applying for this.

Were you a previous Staff Member?

No.

Do You Have a Working Microphone?

Yes I have a working microphone.

What Country Are You From?

United States

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

I have moderated a few communities in these past years:

  1. ERLC (private server) San Francisco RP (used to be owned by PV916, a youtuber who became a police officer in real life, this server was rebranded twice going to Seattle RP and then finally Idaho...I forgot what city name they put for it, been a few years. This server shut down back in....2022 or 23 I believe. I do have two management members that can prove I was indeed staff there. Highest rank I got was staff supervisor)

  2. RCPDFR Discord (moderated a lot of people there and I do have proof of my old rank there, they disbanded their discord moderation and just combined it with their ingame admins tasks)

  3. San Diego RP (Flashing Lights community)
Rest of my experience comes from servers that can't be mentioned for ToS reasons.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I've played Perris and Victor Valley (before it was closed) more than LA.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

Honestly? I need some more experience as a moderator, or a refresher on how things work. I always found it irritating to make a report and wait hours or literal days for a report to get dealt with. I ain't joking about the last part by the way. That's one of the few reasons why I want to become a moderator. But also one of the most common reasons, I just like helping people and making the game more enjoyable for everyone

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes, I'm familiar with Ash (your CDO and Lead Innovator, known him since the original Victor Valley before it was taken down by roblox likely for the DEA update) and Kosov (one of your new hires. I've known him since before he became a mod) along with boltedchase (he's helped me out a couple times). There's another staff member I know of but I forgot his username sadly. I think it was the same one who handled my RDM warning appeal.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

PST (GMT-8)

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

Depending on the rule and history of the user I would do one of the four things: warn, kick, (p)ban. Some rules are taken more seriously than others for example: Encouraging someone to commit self harm that would result in an immediate ban or even permanently. If it's something minor like a first time offense then I'd simply warn the offending user. If they have a history of doing it then maybe a kick or time ban will suffice and so on.

Anything Else We Should Know?
N/A

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

I do not sadly. Even after being required to do Spanish in High School.

Things That May Hurt Your Application

I'd say the only thing that would hurt my application is my anger issues after losing my patience (been improving on that though, making myself take breaks more often rather than just continue moderating and dealing with stress).
