Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I've been part of this community for a while now (originally joined in October 2024, then returned in February 2025), and over time, it’s become a space I genuinely enjoy. I’ve seen how much of a difference a strong, fair, and active moderation team can make in keeping the community respectful, welcoming, and organized. That’s what made me want to apply and actually help out. I’ve noticed and heard from others that some staff members tend to be inactive or not present in-game, especially during hours when RDM or any rule is being broken everywhere. This leaves cases unresolved or delayed for a long time, which can hurt the experience for people. I believe having more active and visible staff, especially during off-hours would help the relations between the community and the moderation team. Since I tend to be active during those quieter times, I feel I can offer real value by being available when others aren’t. I believe I’d be a good fit for the team because I'm dedicated & passionate. I’ve always made an effort to follow the rules. I don’t see staff work as just moderating people for breaking rules I see it as helping people understand rules and not always being harsh with people when most of the time they didn't know they did something wrong.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes, MysticMeadow & Daniel.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

GMT + 2. I'm available from 6-11 PM.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

Firstly if a person is a first offender i wouldn't moderate them with a warning or anything above, just because they probably had no idea what rule they have broken and i would just advise them to read over the game guidelines within the communications servers where they can learn what not to do.
Secondly if a person is a repeat offender, meaning they were previously warned / moderated about breaking the game guidelines. With repeat offenders i would be more harsh depending on the severity of the rule being broken is. Second offenders would get a warning, while Third and fourth offenders would get a temporary ban while 5th and above would receive a permanent ban with the chance to appeal, because after 5 moderation actions taken against you, you are defying the rules and just ruining the experience for everyone else. Every moderation action is dependent on previous moderation history, intent & severity.
