Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I am most familiar with Los Angeles, California and play it the most.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I would like to become a Moderator for Mountain Interactive due to my passion of heavily contributing to a well-organized and well-ran community and engaging with the many members who have been in the community for a good bit of time, or if they have just joined and need some assurance or assistance on how things are run. In my previous time as a Moderator for Mountain Interactive, I really enjoyed helping others, enforcing rules, supporting the games/community, and overall ensuring the that players are enjoying their experience whether it is their first time or not.

The first time that I decided to apply was when I witnessed how most of the moderators were always helpful, they cared about what they do, and heavily enforced the rules on great standards, and they were always engaging with players in-game and would always come up with great roleplay ideas. What made me want to apply was the amount of great people that I have met while playing MI Games, and engaging/interacting with others on the Discord Server, and how they were all very social, interactive, and always answered any questions that I may have had about any rules, policies, or how to play the game if I was struggling. I am amazed with the amount of realistic, enjoyable, and fun roleplays that I have been through with many of the MI members, and previous moderators before the staff wipe occurred. It always brought a smile to my face, and it really has encouraged me to apply the first time, and is continuing to encourage me to apply this second time.

I have many different experience/traits that will make me a great fit for the MI Moderation Team, and I have gained plenty of new experience, knowledge, and ethical skills from my previous position as a Moderator for this community. I am extremely dedicated, honest, communicative, adapted, I have a strong work ethic, responsible, and I have plenty of integrity which all will extremely benefit myself and I will bring it on to the Moderation Team and heavily impact the community positively with my different skills, experiences, and traits listed above.

My journey with Mountain Interactive has been great so far, even though I have been in and out of the community for several different reasons, and it all started when I played Victor Valley for the first time and to be honest, I completely enjoyed it so much that it was all I ever played on Roblox for 2-4 weeks straight. The roleplays, the experience, the people, the interactions, all played a really crucial part in my enjoyment while playing VV and I then joined the Discord Server and have known about the MI Community ever since that day when I played Victor Valley.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes; fraudwrd, starredsaturn, Mrjumpvortex, MysticMeadow23, Yiburzio, oogabooga, Ash, and vixiusz.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

EST - And I am mostly available from Mon-Sat, starting at around 4:45-10 on weekdays, and 10:00AM - 11:30 PM on weekends.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

For first-time offenders, my usual punishment would either be a verbal warning or a written warning, depending on the violation, the severity, and their previous punishments/record. I would deal with repeat offenders by simply looking at their previous record, how many times they have violated the same rule/policy, and what their previous punishments were, and the punishment that I would most likely is either a kick or warning, once again depending on the severity of the violation. While handling situations, I would ensure to take upon both stories on each side that is involved within the report, and ensure that all evidence/proof provided, is valid enough for myself or other Moderators to punish the violator.

Anything Else We Should Know?

I am a Roblox Builder/Developer, and I am currently in the process of going under a performance review to potentially become a Builder @ MI. I have plenty of past experience in moderation, and have been a Builder for the past 3 years.
