Background Information

  • I have not been punished in the last 60 days and have never submitted an application to MI before.

  • I have a microphone which I use readily.

  • Despite being American, I live in England.

  • My most played and favorite MI experience is "Perris, California".

  • My Timezones are GMT & BST.

  • Due to my swimming and academic commitments, I am usually available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, in addition to the weekend. This tends to be in the afternoon/evening.

  • Fluent in Spanish & English and can hold basic conversations in Italian & French.

  • I have been employed for dozens of companies accross the various Roblox industries such as asset vending, roleplay, and development. I have held many different positions from legal advisory to compliance.

Letter of Motivation

It is May of 2025. The Mountain Interactive Moderator applications have just closed, and I have been entrusted to become part of the team. It was the most successful round of applications MI has ever seen. As an active Moderator, I now diligently ensure gameplay remains fun, fair, and safe for all users, lead the community as a role model, ensure new players have someone to reach out to for help, and keep track of cases along with all other assigned tasks.

That’s my vision to become a moderator at MI.

Having worked for various digital organizations such as Charliestudios and Nourity Corporation, where I was the CFO, COO, and CEO across various years responsible for Compliance & staff operations, I hope you’ll see that I am prepared to meet and exceed your expectations. My experience in moderation and leading people has equipped me with strong leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, all of which I want to bring to the MI team, this time, as more than just a roleplayer.

Beyond my digital commitments, I am a student and Production Manager for various of my academic institution’s theatrical productions and events; these are some areas where I regularly apply these skills. Furthermore, I am also a competitive swimmer and junior coach; these activities have helped me develop discipline, focus, and a team-oriented mindset. All these are skills I carry into every activity I do, including digital RP and moderation.

I believe that my 360-degree moderation & digital employment experiences allow me to understand the needs of players whilst being firm and committed to the policies and rules which MI follows. I would be truly honored to contribute to the Mountain Interactive community as a member of the Trust & Safety department, and help contribute to an amazing experience on the Roblox platform.

How I Would Handle Rulebreaking

My style of moderation is fair but firm. Whenever I approach any case, of any magnitude, I try to take information from all sides of the story before formulating my own judgement based on evidence, history, and common sense.

For a first-time offender, I would asses the magnitude of the offense and how reasonable it is for a new player to make that mistake. I try to be as fair as possible for first-time offenders and I usually try to act under the assumption that the reason the violation occurred was due to a lack of proper knowledge and from a place of innocence. It goes without saying that this would not apply to cases regarding major VTOS, Exploits, etc.

For repeat offenders, I would continue to assess each case fairly whilst taking into account the user's moderation history and collecting evidence before concluding with an unbiased final conclusion in accordance with the MI policies and my judgement based on the situation.

Concluding Notes

  • Beyond the two previously cited job experiences, I have served as a Moderator and high-ranking user for many Roblox ER:LC servers & Military roleplay games- such as the British Army and FSRP.

  • I have been taking part in serious LEO/Military roleplay on the Roblox platform since 2020 (accross multiple accounts).

  • My longest employment was from 2021 to 2023 and was with Nourity Corporation, LLC. I can provide a letter of reccomendation from this employer.

  • I do not have any close relationships with current staff members, however I have interacted with many and role play alongside them within the RPD as a whitelisted member.
