Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days?

Yes, I received one warning for RDM, specifically for kill checking. I'm truly sorry and I regret having done it. It happened during a raid attempt, there were two involved suspects. One was already down, and I took the other one down, even though he was already unconscious on the ground and I thought he was dead.

Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?

Nope.

Do You Have a Working Microphone?

Yep, got a working mic.

What Country Are You From?

I'm originally from Germany.

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

I have already gained 2–3 experiences in support and moderation, with around 80% of that on ERLC private servers, including international (English-speaking) ones. The remaining experience comes from other Roblox games such as 'Bodensee RP' and several others.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

My main server is Perris, California. It’s where I spend almost all of my time.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

Mountain Interactive, especially the Perris, California server, has become a place I really enjoy and value. Over time, I’ve built a strong connection to the community, and I’d be truly grateful for the chance to give back by helping to keep it fair, friendly, and fun for everyone.

I’m applying not because I think I know everything, but because I care about the server and want to support others. I’ve seen how much of a difference good moderation can make, from handling rulebreakers to simply being there to help or calm things down. I’d love to play a small part in making that difference.

I have 2–3 years of experiences in support and moderation, mostly on ERLC private servers, including international ones. I’ve also helped in games like "Bodensee RP." Through this, I’ve learned to stay calm in tough situations, communicate respectfully, and approach conflicts with fairness. I speak both German and English, which I hope is helpful in a diverse community.

Teamwork is important to me. I listen, stay open to feedback, and always try to support team decisions. When handling conflict, I focus on staying neutral and respectful – giving both sides a chance to be heard before acting. I know I still have things to learn, but I’m always willing to grow and improve.

I’ve been playing Mountain Interactive games for several years, though with some inactive periods. I started fresh at the end of 2024 with a new account after losing access to my old one, and since then, I’ve been fully active again.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
No.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

I am in the Central European Time zone (CET).

On weekdays, I am usually available from around 4 PM to 8 PM CET.

On weekends, I can be available more flexibly, typically from 1 PM to 12 PM CET.

I’m also willing to adjust my schedule if needed and help cover less active times when possible.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

When dealing with rule breaking, I believe it’s important to be fair, consistent, and respectful, while still upholding the rules firmly. My approach would depend on the situation and the player’s history.

For first-time offenders, I would start by calmly explaining the rule they broke and why it’s important. In many cases, players may simply not be aware of certain rules, especially if they’re new to the game or the server. If the violation was minor and unintentional, I’d give them a clear warning, along with guidance on what to do differently. Education should always come first.

For repeat offenders, I would take the situation more seriously. After a prior warning or two, I would apply appropriate punishments depending on the severity – for example, a temporary mute, kick, or short ban if necessary. I’d also make sure the action is documented properly so that the moderation team is informed and consistent responses can be ensured in the future.

For more severe or intentional violations (e.g. exploiting, hate speech, or repeated disrespect), I would take stronger action right away, following the server’s guidelines. In these cases, being firm and protecting the community is key.

Regardless of the situation, I would always stay calm and polite, avoid personal bias, and focus on keeping the environment safe and enjoyable for everyone. Consistency, communication, and fairness are what I believe make a good moderator.

Anything Else We Should Know?

I believe I bring a few other strengths that would help me as a staff member.

I have a good understanding of how to communicate with players respectfully, even in difficult situations. I am bilingual (German and English), which helps when dealing with international players and making sure everyone feels understood. I'm also patient, calm under pressure, and always willing to learn from feedback.

While I do not have experience in scripting or development, I am very familiar with Roblox server structures and basic community management practices. I also have experience organizing small events and helping with support tickets.

In addition, I have been a donor for a long time and have consistently supported Mountain Interactive.

Lastly, I have a strong commitment to teamwork and always try to help create a positive environment wherever I am. I would be honored to bring that attitude to the Mountain Interactive team.

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

Yes, I speak German fluently.
