Does the ticket portal work cause i submitted 2 tickets and it’s been 4 going on 5 days now with no response…?

The ticket portal is operational. But, David decided to restructure staff—causing transient inefficiencies. It will most likely be resolved within the upcoming week.

Tickets are handled By the corporate team, Not the moderation team.

Ah, okay i had to ask cause iv’e been trying to request a couple custom inserts for that last couple months but nobody responds back then i see other people with their custom inserts on the website so idk.
