Incident Description*: A bit of context; This guy was driving around in a civ car in uniform on RSO, claiming he was "off-duty" --- When I tried to stop him and talk to him, he tazed me in a "greenzone", for no reason, whilst I was on LEO myself

Rules Violated*: I'm unsure what to link this under, but I believe it would count under RDM?
