Perris, California Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I want to become a moderator because although it's fun, there's a lot of rule breakers, and I would like to be apart of a team that enforces that. I usually play Perris almost everyday and ever since I started playing Perris, I've made a lot of relationships within the community, whether it be in-game or on Discord. Every time I see a question on the Discord or in-game, I try my best to answer it with the best of my knowledge so that others are able to keep it in mind. Now, I have made a lot of mistakes in the past, and for those who have moderated my actions, I thank them, I really do, they're a key part of the community which enforce rule breakers. I have made a lot of mistakes in the past, and I reflected off those mistakes to become a better person, and I learned an important lesson, which is to not rule break and do stupid things because it could lead to a permanent ban, I am glad to those who have taken action against me because they have given me a second chance to fully reflect on those mistakes and from which I have learned from them. Now, although I have a pretty bad history, I learned from these mistakes, and at the end of the day, I want to make sure that there's no rule breakers as it ruins the experience for others and here we ensure that we can give a positive experience for others. These games are realistic, and they build up an experience such as dealing with stressful cases, and how to deal with conflict. I want to be apart of a team that protects the community from rule breakers. What makes me a good fit is that I'm always ready to be professional at all times, and to ensure a fair and honest ruling depending on what the person has done. Becoming a staff member here helps me build an experience, relationships with others, and also helps out my resume. I'm always looking for ways to constantly improve and to gain more experience.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Whenever I encounter a player breaking the rules, what's expected of me is to be professional at all times and to have respect to the player. For the ones who have broken the rules for the first time, I would hand them out a warning and describe what rule they broke and where they can locate the rule within the website to prevent them from getting punished again. I believe in second chances and I hope that they're able to correct their behavior when playing the game. If a player keeps repeatedly breaking the rules after being warned I would take actions needed based on how severe it is. Lastly, for repeat offenders, I would definitely keep out a close eye on them, and hand out a permanent ban or kick depending on how bad it is. I would make sure that any rules broken by them are in the rules so that I'm able to give them a proper punishment with sufficient proof of course and to let them know how they're able to appeal it. I'm always open for others of what they think from their point of view, and to give the person a fair ruling once the decision has been made. I would make sure to document every case with the upmost professionalism, to make sure it has proper spelling, and punctuation.
Anything Else We Should Know?
I encourage teamwork as it's an important skill, I like working with others which builds a relationship with them, and that's where your able to know them better. I'm an organized person and able to tweak my schedule to make up for anything moderation related.
