No, but I've moderated small like communities and like hangout games in the past but i don't think that's really counting... But I've tried getting more involved and maybe later in through MI i will get the experience.
Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
California, Perris. Since I am more familiar with the guidelines and the operation of Peris, as well as the community, I would like to serve as a moderator for this particular server/game. And even though I am aware of all the Peris/LA rules, I find Peris to be stronger and a more comfortable setting. And I simply feel more relaxed.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Why i want to help:
Helping has always been a big part of my life, and I am generally very strong at being kind to others and wanting to help in difficult situations. As a Middle Easterner growing up, I was raised with the belief that helping was always the right thing to do, not just in life, even in the media, or even for someone you do not know. Additionally, I believe that being extremely helpful is a huge task for Mountain Interactive, and I believe that the company needs helpful moderators and players. and simply making life easier for others.
When you decided to apply:
Being a "role model," I suppose, was something I have always wanted to do for others, set a good example for others, create new goals and experiences, and generally, being a moderator has always been a dream of mine. I decided to apply on the first day of Mountain Interactive, or when I first started playing. Being the "higher-up" or moderating was something I thought was really cool!
Experience or traits that make you a good fit
Mature, for my age i think ima pretty mature for my age and acting professional and acting like "grown" and not a kid.
Intelligent, having the brain knowledge to write/read like example for this application and just general knowledge knowing what 1+1 is..
Communication, good communication like working with others and being able to work with others.
Good work ethic, working good and not discouraging others on the job and not messing around.
Helpful, as i said just being helpful and needing help when needed.
Kind, just generally being kind to others and not being rude to anyone.
Brave, having the braveness to do something like this, like sometimes people flop, Just being brave.
Your history with Mountain Interactive
History with Mountain interactive has been really good, meeting new people and connecting 24/7 and having fun in the "#general" and like seeing people experience has been really fun and being a donator.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
No, but possibly throughout the years maybe like i said Mountain interactive is the place were connecting happens 24/7.
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
Any day, and GMT-6.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Me handling rule breaking just depending how it goes.
first time offenders - Can go from warnings to a ban just depending what the situation is in game/discord.
repeated offenders - Can go from a Perm ban or a ban to a Blacklist or VTOS anything serious really, in in game/discord.
And being fair, consistent and firm, Just getting both sides making sure getting enough proof, clips even asking for help what to do in what situation or asking for a higher-up generally getting each side story, proof, and pint of help.
Anything Else We Should Know? a titanium donator, great time being a donator has been really fun and wanting to go further worth the time/money
Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?
English/Kurdish
