Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Explain your motivation. This question should be a few paragraphs or more. You may include:
There is a lot of chaos when it comes to Roblox DOJRP servers involving access to vehicles and weapons, and people abuse their privileges to be free. The moderation team of every server is the backbone to keeping stability within the player population, especially in times when there are people to decide they should exploit the rules. Many concerned community members complain about many infractions; FRP, RDM, VDM, NITRP, LTAA, etc are fairly common problems that are often overlooked by staff members. I want to help the community by volunteering and investing my own time into building a better and more trustworthy community, filtering out the bad and ugly parts of the Roblox community. There are a lot of sick people out there who don't contribute at all to the community, and only plan to harm. My primary objective is to restrict the influx of these malicious deeds, and instead promote positive actions. People come here to chill out and express their feelings, they shouldn't have to deal with the stress of a social-reject teen who annoyingly rage-baits and breaks rules. I have plenty of moderation experiences and a keen eye for proper judgment. I believe I am a trustworthy individual, capable of handling tasks without having anyone worry about security of their own. I've been here since the shutdown of Fort Laredo, start-up and end of Victor Valley, failed propjects, and essentially the thick and thin of Mountain Interactive. During my time, I've gathered valuable information on how the community works, acts, and feels. I decided to apply maybe a while back in Summer of 2023, but didn't have enough time to progress in making an application. Mountain Interactive has a special place in my heart, mainly due to the community. I feel like I can make a change in the community, big or small. My overall mission here is to maintain the peace and advocate for an inclusive, healthy place for people to play in. I am willing to show loyalty wherever it's needed and appropriate at, and put the community over my own values. I've had a positive experience with Mountain Interactive, and would like others to share that same experience. I know some may have conflicted thoughts with mine, but hopefully little by little, someone else calls the community their "home." Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
Yes

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
CST, available usually almost every other day.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
First Time Offenders: Depending on the severity of punishment, a respectful verbal warning to correct their actions. | VTOS+, Serious Violations: Refer to staff handbook for punishment guidelines. Repeat Offenders: Stricter punishments, ranging from logged warnings to temporary bans. If the infraction(s) is/are excessive and actions are done without remorse, an appealable Permanent Ban would be issued (as long as proper evidence is obtained).
Rule Breaking: I'm not an overly strict person, and I believe in second chances for others. However, those who constantly do not abide by the rules are met with harsher results, attempting to further correct their ways.
My personal continuum for punishments: Verbal Warning for minor infractions, Logged Warning for a repeated minor infraction, Kicks for continuous repeated minor infractions, Kicks for intermediate infractions, Temporary Ban for repeated intermediate infractions, Permanent Ban for major violations that are acted out of bad will.
