Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I was a mod before not that long ago and I thought I was a decent staff a lot of people liked me and thought I was a cool and chili staff and really helped out the community and brought players together and that I was one of the most active staff and was always quick to answer staff calls and willing to answer questions if people didn't understand rules or needed a refresh on the MI rules. But it ended up being too much for me and I was getting a lot of death threats, and I couldn't just handle it, so I left. But after seeing that you guys removed the fact that you can which mod moderated you, I feel more safer to moderate again, and I think I have gotten better then I used to be, and I think giving it a shot wouldn't hurt anyone and could maybe help out the staff team a lot.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
I know some staff members like derry nikieee and noobyiee but I never asked if they would vouch for me.
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
I am PST and I can only moderate 3-4 hours on the week, but on the weekend, I can moderate from 9:00 AM to about 3:00 AM. So basically, I can moderate all weekend.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
First time offenders would get a warning unless it is VTOS but other than that it would be a warning, Then with repeat offenders depending on how bad it was or if they really didn't mean it I would just make it a day ban or give them verbal and if they continue then I would take action, I believe in giving everyone a chance and if they can't handle another chance then they deserve to be punished with consequence's, but if they just got unbanned for the thing they did like FRP, RDM, LTAA etc. I would then give no warning or let them off but instead let it be another ban.
