Incident Description*:

Was involved in a felony stop with a white dodge charger. As the suspect jumped out of the charger, hala1_hram jumped out of his vehicle and killed the officers engaged in the felony stop. hala11_haram had zero relation to the felony stop and was a random death match on three officers.
