Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
I mostly play in Los Angeles servers, and I would love to focus on moderating in Los Angeles servers as well.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I have been part of Mountain Interactive for almost two years now. In that time, I got to know the community well and I really enjoy being here and that's why I have decided to apply. I always liked helping to keep the games fair and fun for everyone. That’s why I would love to help as a moderator.
I want players to have the best possible roleplay experience, without anyone ruining it by breaking the rules. I also have past experience with moderating, which helped me learn how to stay calm and solve problems in a fair way.
I enjoy talking and interacting with other people and helping them. I like sharing what I know, but I also enjoy learning from others. I'm already proud of being part of the MI community, and I think I could help make the staff team even better with my experience and motivation.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
I know a few staff members, but I’m not really familiar with any of them.
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
My timezone is GMT+2, and I am usually active every day after school, except when I have exams.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
If someone breaks the rule for the first time, I would first bring them to a quiet place where we can talk without being disturbed. I would ask if they know and have read the rules. If they haven’t, I would explain the most important rules they should know before playing. I would ask why they did it and make sure they understand what they did wrong and how to avoid doing it again. After that, if they understand, I would let them return to the game.
If someone breaks the rules multiple times, I would still bring them to a quiet place and ask why they are doing this. I would explain that if they keep breaking rules, they could be banned. If they understand and show that they want to improve, I would give them another chance. But if they don’t care or continue to break rules, I would issue a warning.
