How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

It depends on what rule they are breaking If someone rolls up to some random cop and just shot him. I would take him to the little room and ask him why he just killed that cop for no reason I then would look at his history and see what it's like if he is clean i would give him a 1-day ban.
