No.

Yes.
What Country Are You From?
England.
Have You Moderated Other Communities?
Yes, i have been a Assistant head moderator for Victoria county, within that role, I was put to be in charge of hiring and training the newly incoming moderators.
Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
I mainly play Los Angeles, and sometimes Perris California, but I'm more knowledgeable with LA rules.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
My love for Mountain interactive games grew even more when playing LA, after being welcomed into the community with open arms and the joy of making new friends, i would love to move forward with this and help out the community even more. As a female i run into a fair share of unenjoyable playtime experience whether that's VTOS or people not knowing how to interact with a female, having moderation within the servers are more than necessary and i will be more than willing to help others deal with these situations in a timely manner. I'm also aware of how important moderation is within the community as I've been playing for a good couple of months continuously i have seen and reported the rule breakers, this gives me the confidence to be able to teamwork and give my point of the situation. I have noticed the lack of fairness the previous mods have given and this concerns me as i think everyone should have the chance to redeem and think about there actions with possibly a second chance, without being banned for 2 days, in my opinion this doesn't do anything but show that they have done something wrong and they will just come back and do it again. I also think non-biased and fairness is so important when dealing with hundreds of people on a day to day basis.
i decided to apply for mod a couple weeks back when i continuously saw multiple people break the rules, and after doing multiple reports a day i thought instead of stacking up the moderators with cases, i can join and give them a helping hand and deal with it myself.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
Yes, quite alot, Mysticmeadow, Yib, Firefighter_Andrew, Nikieeeeeeee, FarmerDan, PokiWeston (they are great people.)
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
BST- im mostly always available.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Firstly it depends on the severity of the violations, i take it with fairness and moderate responses, i view both sides of the story and clips if necessary. With the first violation i take it with a pinch of salt (if they are aware of what rule they and are sorry for what they did) and redirect them to the rules to re-read and explain what not to do for next time, and hit them with a verbal warning, whereas with repeated offenders the situation changes depending if the same rule was violated multiple times, and seen the evidence of them doing so, i would strongly recommend them re-reading the rules, with a punishment that fits the violation/ how many times they have done it, now if they are sorry and are aware of what they have done yet again then some cooperation will be shown and acknowledgement.
Anything Else We Should Know?
i have a high experience with guiding people through the rules/ moderation experiences. I have strong knowledge of how moderation should be done in a timely/ fairly manner.
