This mostly depends. Overall/in total, I've played Perris, California, way more than I've played LA, but I'm slowly starting to get into LA due to the RP difference. When I was staff, I was more active on Perris, California, which I know a lot of the previous staff members before the wipe sometimes lacked a little on there, but either way, I can be active on both games it just depends on which time and whichever game needs more staff, so yeah.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Well, first off, I'll start with who I am. My name is Tyler. I am currently a contributor & tester at MI. For anyone who doesn't know what these 2 roles are, I'll just quickly explain them. Being a contributor here means I am a developer without being in an NDA position. What you will mostly see me doing is building for MI, and some of them you've most likely already seen in the game you just don't know that I've made them. Being a tester on the other hand is where I basically report bugs to the developers and in a position of doing so but anyways enough for that I'd like to mention that this is actually not my first time being a staff member for MI so far I've been a staff member 2 times here I was previously removed due to quota and How I did not meet it I was currently at the time busy with some school work I needed to catch up on and I just never knew my 2 weeks was up but overall when I was staff I was very active except for that one week when that happened but now I will actually start with my application, so I would like to be a staff member for MI because I would just like to help out as much as I possibly can due to the rework I no longer know how the staff team will be for me and due to my experience here I should be okay I don't really know how hard it changed but anyways I just want to help get help calls done and just enjoy my time here as I've been doing today is currently 4/29/2025 and this is the day I put in my staff application my current experience or any traits I have I'll start off with my experience I take it as experience here that I've been working as Staff, contributor, bug tester mainly staff because that's a moderation position as I stated earlier I've been staff two times so far and getting accepted would be my third time my current traits are that I'm very active around the community you will pretty much see me active in general every hour of the day and doing my work as contributor and bug testing before I was removed from the staff team I was previously accepted to do Alternitive Account bans which is something you will need to be approved for and with me not here anymore currently the only people allowed to do it is ash and a few other corporate but to the next section my current history with mountain interactive is overall okay I do have a moderation history but the last time I was moderated was in 2024 or around the start of this year in January i don't really remember my moderation history is not that long but even if it was it still helps because how long I've been around the moderation team and how people get punished and since I already know what to do its really not that hard to learn anything new comin g in the new reconstructed staff team but yea to me this is pretty much everything I need to add just so you can know who I am and why I would like to become a staff member so that's it for this section of the application. How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Due to my experience with moderation, dealing with first-time offenders is pretty simple, but it depends on the severity of the offense. Most of the time, any first-time offenders I will give a verbal warning, but limited to V-TOS, AA, EXP, etc. If it's not one of those, most of the time I have no issue just handing them a verbal warning and trying to show them where to read the rules and explaining the rule they broke to them and how they need to follow it, but if I do receive second-hand reports on the same person, it will have to go based off the moderation guide because they are no longer a first-time offender, so yeah. Anything Else We Should Know?
