I can moderate any time because I am active every everyday in the game and in Discord, and my time timezone is UTC+3, and I will usually moderate the game a little bit early so the game doesn't get full of rule breakers.
How Would You Handle Rule Breaking?
In the case of all rule breaks, I start off with verbal warning especially if the person has not been told the specific rule they broke. If this behavior persists, I would resort to issuing a formal warning or timeout based on how serious the infractions are. In the case where there are multiple serious infractions, then I stick to the staff punishment policy alongside documenting everything and escalation if needed. I strive to be balanced, professional and firm with all decisions.
