Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I want to be a moderator for Mountain Interactives is because i believe that i want to help uphold the community standards of the group and ensure that players can enjoy the game and roleplay fairly. I've been through the times of where i wasn't treated by the book and fully understands the feeling of being mistreated at a scene or being arrested and given charges that i didn't do or even RDM at worst. After playing games under the Mountain Interactives brand and the full realism it offers, it further boosts me to apply for moderator position as i believe that pushing myself further by the week can help me develop a good character mindset and it also helps me improve my mental health, with this position, it allows me to meet new people and gain further experience in the field of moderation. With my personality of curiousity and integrity it helps me perform better in the case of moderation and allows me to have wonderful problem solving abilities, Therefore i am seeking out for a moderation ability in Mountain Interactives.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
Handling people that has broken the rules can be frustrating, having to issue out different types of punishments depending on the situation, But i believe that if i had to give out a punishment to someone like a first time offender, i would try to issue them a light punishment maybe like a warning or even a verbal warning depending on how severe the situation is, I would also offer to give them a brief on how the game and community operates with tips on what to do and how to enjoy the game to the fullest.
In the case of needing to moderate a repeat offender like someone having multiple warnings on the database. It all depends on the severity of the situation and what they have done, with they're attitude on how they have spoken to me also helps me determind what to do and the level of punishment i should issue if i really have to. Even though i have to issue them a punishment i would still go over the rules and what they have done wrong in hopes to strike a nerve in them to maybe even help them change. Everyone deserves to enjoy the game to the fullest and as a community i believe that we should all be treated equally. Anything Else We Should Know?
Although i hadn't moderated in big communities, i am experienced and familiarised with administrator panels and the commands and fully understands the responsibiliy and need to uphold the standards and be a role model for the players. I believe that i possess good language communication and i can easily help and assist with other players in general enquires in rules and acts.
