Do you have any experience moderating other communities?
Yes I do have experience in FiveM servers which have led me in suceeding in dealing with communities, learning other people giving people chance and deciding the correct decisions for different situations. The FiveM server I had experience in was ELRP though I did play for about a year I did resign a few months ago due to simply having to deal with school work though now I do not have much school work to do.
What Mountain Interactive servers do you mostly play in?
I mostly play in Perris as it has a bigger playbase but I could play in LA if needed.
Why do you want to become an MI staff member?
I would like to become an MI staff member to make a greater impact on the community I know I can do so. I know how to correctly deal with moderator situations and know how important it is to always make what I belive is the most fair decision without bias. I make a promise that I always will ensure players feel accepted into MI by not treating them differently to people I know or I am friends with I will always take the right steps and if needed ask a staff member with more knowledge to help me decide if there is not enough evidence show I will always discard the situation unless somebody else has good enough evidence. I have gained the skills from different situations and servers to have the knowledge of a smart individual to know the correct decisions. I am also always inspired in how staff deal with different decisions and have learnt alot from how they deal with them in Mountain Interactive.
Are you familiar with other staff members?
Yes I am before the staff wipe I always used to communicate and suggest things to the staff at MI, I do not know any outside of MI though.
When are you usually able to moderate?
I am usually able to moderate on weekdays between AEDT 3:30pm and 9:30pm so on weekdays an average of 6 hours and on weekend 7:00am to about 12-1am about the whole day.
How would you deal with rule breaking?
Whenever I am able to have the oppurtunity to deal with rule breakers I always check their history if they have done something that they have acknowledged to be wrong and is not that bad something like VDM or RDM I would let them off with a warning depending how bad the RDM/VDM was but if they have done this multiple times I would usually give a 1-3 day ban depending on what other staff members reckon, I also always approach situations with a fair approach I never lean towards someone based on their power/role I always aim towards a respectful and nice approach to both users to make sure they apoligise to eachother to not continue any arguing/targeting one another.
ANything else I should know?
I have a really good personality I know when jokes are to far and whatso I was taught that people don't view you for your sucess they few you for your personality even if I don't get accepted I will always strive to be a good person to everyone and always make jokes to lighten up a mood or someones day besides that I hope you know I have good communication skills and have been accepted into multiple roles outside of gakming like SRC which is (Student Representive Count maybe called class leader in the US.) thank you for considering my application last of all.
