Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
Los Angeles, California Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I’m interested in returning as a Moderator because I want to help maintain a fair and respectful environment in Mountain Interactive. I’ve served as a Moderator before with no IA cases, and during that time, I also took on extra responsibilities like being the Training Coordinator for the moderation team and working as a Website Appealer.
Right now, I serve as the LAPD SOB Assistant Commander, and I’ve stayed active and involved in the community. I decided to reapply because I enjoy helping others, solving issues fairly, and making sure rules are followed. I believe I bring experience, professionalism, and a steady approach to moderation.
I’ve been part of Mountain Interactive for a long time, and I’m ready to contribute again in a positive and reliable way.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
When I am handling rule breaking, I think you should be considering, firm & benevolence. You have to realize that people can be new to this experience and not know everything and others abuse the perks that they have received in the community.
For first time offenders depending on the severity I would give them a verbal warning and make sure to watch how they interact with other member afterwards so the offender doesn't take your chance for granted.
If someone is a repeat rule offender, I'd have to possibly escalate it to a kick, mute or warning, depending on the severity of the rule broken.
In some serious cases I've handled this is V-TOS and the likes, It's been a ban. This is what I would do with serious offenders.
Anything Else We Should Know?

My current projects right now are NYPD with 298k+ Members as Lead Developer and Bismark (Tech group) 10548 discord members as Development Manager.
