Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
My motivation for becoming a moderator stems from the fact that I genuinely care for Mountain Interactive. I was part of the staff team before, and I can tell you, I was genuinely happy. I like being able to help others, access communities, and do something that I care about and value. That experience showed me how much I appreciate the effort that goes into creating and sustaining fairness and respect in any social environment. I really want to be able to contribute in a far greater way and, with my experience, newfound mindset, and community devotion.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
In dealing with rule infractions, my approach has always been to remain calm, fair, and consistent. When addressing someone for the first time, I would give them a respectful warning, making sure to explain the rule that was violated and why it needs to be adhered to. In my experience, communication goes a long way, especially with players who are new or who do not know much about the game. If the player continues to misbehave or if the player has previously offended, then I would escalate to more disruptive actions, including: mute, kick, or temporary ban, depending on the level of offense and what the server guidelines. More stringent measures would be taken with repeat offenders or those intentionally racking up damage so that the community can be ensured it is safeguarded and enjoyable. Documenting actions taken is something I always did to create consistency in punishment so that trust is upheld.
Anything Else We Should Know?
I have useful experience with moderation in Mountain Interactive as well as in other communities like Arabic Mic, Sandy Shores RP, and KR Roleplay where I managed reports, maintained order , and applied rules. I’ve donated in the past and contributed my time to support events and help new players. I also happen to be calm during stressful situations and deal with reports in a swift, impartial manner while communicating with players and staff effectively. All these traits allow me to remain focused and efficient while working with others. It hit me hard when I got terminated because of the effort I put into supporting the community. The recent decision to terminate all moderators did not make things easy to accept. I want to come back so bad, I care about the community and I want to help, and if given the opportunity, I would strive to be a positive influence.
