Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I’ve been an active member in playing Perris for over a year. And I have been actively engaged in this community since February, and I believe that I am ready to contribute more to this community by joining the moderation team. As a player from a different time zone (GMT+8), I have noticed the moderation team is not able to provide support and assistance to players who need help with reporting rule breakers or need guidance in Perris. With limited support provided to players in EST nighttime, I found my knowledge of this community could be useful by joining the moderation team so that I could provide professional, appropriate responses to them. I hope I can reduce the burden when it comes to short staff at night (EST). Besides that, I understand that Perris is a casual RP server instead of LA serious RP, but there's a significant increase in RDM, FRP, LTAA, etc. I saw staff members are dedicated to the community by actively engaging with these reports, and I am inspired by their spirits, as we want to provide a fun and healthy roleplay environment for players. With my experience in FiveM and Roblox role-player communities, I have a passion to become a moderator while being able to provide positive impacts to MI communities and provide assistance to other staff members and players.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
GMT+8, from 13:00 - 03:00. Average: 5 hours
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
For first-time offenders, I believe if they broke some minors rules(NLR, FRP, RDM, LTAA), educate them and warn them is one of the appropriate ways to deal with them. For example, A new player are new to this community and doesn't understand the rules, I would hand out a warning to him and educate him what's the rules in this communities and what should or not the do should during the scene. If they ignored the warnings and continues to violate the rules, that would be a temporary ban (1 day, 2 days or 5 days depends on violations.)
But for severe rules violations(V-TOS, Mass RDM, Alt accounts), That would be permanent ban.

I am dedicated to this community, I want to contribute more by joining the moderation team. I enjoy working as a team, helping other team members face the challenges, and solving the problem together, and I can learn new things from other people, as every person has their own specialties, which can improve my handling skills and professionalism.
