Roblox Username and User ID: DomIsCurrentlyOk - 95224225

What is your Discord ID: 461269304143511573

Were you a previous Staff Member: No, not for Mountain Interactive.

Do You Have a Working Microphone: Yes.

What Country Are You From: United States.

Have You Moderated Other Communities? I was a staff member for over a year in an ERLC server called Phoenix State Roleplay. The Player Count is 11993.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most? Perris, there are a lot of mod-calls for Perris, so it works out if I am already in there. I do play LA, but not as much.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator: Honestly, I want to help because I am tired of all the chaos that happens in Perris and people not doing anything about it. I also see all these issues where stuff happens, but people don't report it. There are a lot of rules that are abused and go unnoticed, so I don't mind going out of my way to make it better for other people. I see new players as well confused and don't know a lot of anything, and I want to be that person who is always available for any questions or any help. I want to be here to be an educator, mainly, with being an enforcer. I have experience with reporting, knowing the dos and don'ts from seeing it happen, and I have moderated before, and I do believe in fairness overall. I have been with Mountain Interactive for a while now. I played for a few months before joining the Discord because I didn't know about it until I discovered it on the Roblox group page. Then I joined Mountain Interactive on June 11th, 2023. So, it's been quite a bit of time. I've always liked the ideas and features of the game compared to other Roblox games at the time. I will admit I had learned from minor mistakes, and it helped educate me.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate: CDT, usually after 8 pm or in the early mornings.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking: Usually, going by the book unless they have a very good reason that I feel as though I can reduce the punishment. First-time offenders, I would educate them and give them a verbal warning depending on the severity of the issue. I have zero tolerance for v-tos, exploiting, anything that is an instant perm ban, because I stand by those rules. Repeat offenders, if I have already interacted with them that day, or they keep doing it, I am just going to kick or ban depending on what they are doing and how it is affecting other people. I will, though, always hear another person out and give them a chance, not having an open mind when dealing with moderation issues is essential, unless I see v-tosing. I always want solid evidence, no matter what. if the evidence can't be provided, I won't be able to do anything, but I will watch to see if the person does it again and not completely throw out the statement.

Anything Else We Should Know: I was a titanium donor since the end of February, and some skills I have that may help me as staff are active listening, clear communication skills, conflict resolution, rule enforcement from times making reports.

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English: Unfortunately, I don't at the moment.

Thank you for your time.
