No, I have not.

Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?

No, I have not.

Were you a previous Staff Member?

Yes, I was a moderator for over two months. I was hired on February 18, 2025 after an interview with FarmerDan.

Do You Have a Working Microphone?

Yes, I do.

What Country Are You From?

I am from the continental United States.

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

No, I have only moderated in the Mountain Interactive community.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I play in LA most of the time that I am online. However, I do play Perris frequently as well. I am familiar with the rules for each game and the community as a whole, as I was a previous moderator for Mountain Interactive.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

Explain your motivation. This question should be a few paragraphs or more. You may include:

I would like to continue to moderate Mountain Interactive since I truly care about this community and would like to assist it in staying safe, friendly, and fun for everyone. As a moderator for a little over two months before the purge, I've gained more insight into the responsibilities needed and have truly enjoyed being part of the team that keeps the server up and running. I hope to continue making a big contribution and assisting both the players and the staff.

Having two months of modding experience already behind me, I possess good communication skills and problem-solving abilities that are essential to the role. I've had to handle everything from simple reminding of rules to more complex problems that required cool-headed decision-making and impartiality. I am present, personable, and serious about moderation while not losing a friendly touch, so members don't feel shy about approaching me with questions or problems. I am able to mix rule-enforcing with staying positive.

My tenure at Mountain Interactive has been considerable, and I hold the community in high regard while deriving genuine enjoyment from it. I have observed its evolution and expansion, and I aspire to contribute to this ongoing development by fostering an atmosphere that is respectful, enjoyable, and well-structured. My experience as part of the team has been profoundly positive, and I would welcome the chance to further support the server and its constituents in the capacity of a moderator or even taking on further, more complex leadership positions such as Senior Moderator or being a part of MI Administration.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes. Mystic and I are fairly good "friends". I say this because whenever we are on the game together, we always have fun while remaining professional and contributing to our duties in-game.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

I am in CST. I was in BATCH-1 while I was a moderator.

How Would You Handle rule-breaking?

Having experience from the past two months, I would refer to the staff guide to give the proper punishment. For the majority of the time, depending on the offense, I would give a warning to the first-time offenders and explain what they did wrong. In some instances, I utilized the in-game timeout function to educate members of the community. If there is a repeat offender, I would then go back to the staff guide to asses what the correct punishment is. While handling situations, it is imperative to get both sides of the story and understand the situation as best as possible by reviewing footage and getting verbal statements from all parties involved. Lastly, I believe that it is extremely important to educate the offender on what they did wrong and what they can do to avoid it further on in their experience with MI so that they can continue to have a positive experience while helping others to have a positive experience as well.

Anything Else We Should Know?

As I have previously stated, I moderated for a little over two months for MI. I was also a donor for a couple of months before this. I believe that I am a great person to be reinstated into the staff team based on my activity and previous experience.

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

No, I do not.
