Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days?

No. I have never been moderated or punished at all.

Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?

No.

Do You Have a Working Microphone?

Yes.

What Country Are You From?

United States of America.

Have You Moderated Other Communities?

Yes.

I’ve moderated an NYPD community with over 24k members. I was the deputy commissioner and acting commissioner for over a year back in 2020. During Covid peak time I resigned because I was working IRL and my work schedule left me with little to no time for attention to the server. Since then I have moderated a community on FiveM roleplay, a North Carolina rp server where I was a server administrator and a Master Sergeant with their state police server.

Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I mainly play Perris Ca, every now and then I will be on LA. I am very familiar with the layout and rules of Perris, which is where I’d like to moderate for the majority of the time but I can absolutely go into LA and do the same as needed.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

I have been a member of MI since 2023, I’ve always loved how realistic the map and vehicles were which originally caught my eye and made me want to interact with the server. I started to play MI a lot since early 2024 and joined the RPD where I’m currently a PO2 with K9 and Internal Affairs.

I have a large sum of experience moderating in game and in real life, since I was 18 I have been in the security field and I’m currently employed as a private security supervisor and I oversee a staff of 16-22 people at a time. I’ve held this position for almost 4 years. Administration is well within my skill sets. Since this application came out I have been studying the rules and SOP of Perris CA and MI altogether so I can have a greater understanding of what is expected and allowed within the servers.

I love working as staff being able to interact with the community and ensure the servers are a fun and safe community for all. While I am firm with rules I tend to be lean and fair. With my crew I work with every now and then a rule will be broken and as others do, I don’t throw them to the wolves, I talk to them, retrain the rules and regulations. As it progresses or if they are repeat offenders i unfortunately have to crack down and start issuing reprimands and suspensions according to our policy. These skills and understanding of how to be in an administrative position I think would be very beneficial to the MI community and a leg up on other applicants who may not have such experience. I am currently 22 years old and aside from my day shift security job I am in a program to become a certified EMT and I oversee a group of other students under supervision of my instructor to ensure they are progressing well within the course.

My final statement and what I think could also be very beneficial, since I have a busy day schedule I mainly play at night, when most other people are asleep or taking care of other needs, and I don’t see as much staff online in the late hours of the night. I see plenty of FRP, abuse, ect especially late at night because most people tend to notice there isn’t much of a staff presence.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes.

I am familiar with pxscal. I’ve been around other staff members and done scenes or just spoken to them, but I am mostly familiar with pxscal.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

Monday - Friday 8pm-2am EST

Saturday - Sunday 4pm-12am EST

(Times could vary and I could be online earlier or stay online later but these are my most active times)

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

First time offenders depending on the severity of the infraction I would pull the person to a private area, advise them of the rules and regulations of the server, give them a chance to speak and say their side. If this was a minor first time infraction I would verbally counsel their behavior and let them continue to play. A first time offense that is not minor such as mass RDM I would do the same, except I would issue a written strike and document it accordingly.

A repeat offender, again, depending on the severity of the offense I would refer them to the rules and regulations and issue warnings, suspensions, or bans according to the moderation policy.

Anything Else We Should Know?

Like I stated I have experience moderating in Roblox servers along with FiveM communities and I am in an administrative position in my IRL job.

I am available via email or I can accommodate any other needs of communication that would be required and I usually respond to emails within 1-2 hours.

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

English is my main language. I am not fluent (yet) but I am learning Spanish and Portuguese.

Hi,

While your previous application was accepted, it was by mistake. The problem is you do not have much activity in the community. Looking through discord and our website I don't see much at all. You need to get active and start being a team player.
