Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
Los Angeles & Perris CA. Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Now I would like to become a moderator again because I love being able to help people with certain things rather if its a simple question or report, Sure I can do it within Like LAPD or CHP but why stop there when you can help everyone apart of mountain. I mean I've been a mod since august 15th Was hopping to make it as a mod for a year and be the longest one apart of the team.
I've decided to apply on august 14th at night, there wasn't any mods on so David wiped the team and I was offered a spot on the mod team and took it, at the time I wasn't really sure but then it grew onto me and I've been here since and I enjoy doing moderation.
Some experience I have is within T&E, & Website appeals, & Hiring, Some traits I have is being able to make people laugh, being playful and just joyful overall. I feel like I'm a good fit i mean i know most of the LA current players and Some in Perris
I have 4 + years of history with Mountain Interactive, I was a Mod back in VV and Got trained by Americanpatriot, Sketskatfet , & Tiny_division. I was also there for the start of Perris & LA.
Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
Yes, ALOT of them, Farmer, Yib, Len, o_hhx, companyalhpa, mountinbikenerd, rocky, saintsilder, dodeg5 ( love this guy ), Mavrickgdp, wilzip, starhunter, mysticMeadow, playingwithcody, & firefighter_andrew, & more. ( all these people have been really awesome towards me & I enjoy hanging out with them. )
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
I'm in PST, And I'm aways available thru out the week at anytime.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
So I usually deal with first time rule breakers if they like genuinely sorry I'd tell them about the rules ( also where they can read them at ) and give them a verbal warning I don't just moderate to be harsh on people for a simple mistake I don't feel like that's fair to someone who's really like genuinely sorry about it. ( I only do this if its something simple like RDM or FRP and the reporting party agrees to forgive the person or if the clip shows a real mistake. )
Now if someone does Something like RDM again after they had a verbal warning ( or anything class A ) I'd Remind them of what breaks that rule & How they broke it. And do What the staff guide says to do for that rule, They was verbally warned about it and still didn't Read the rules therefore its their fault and Should be held responsible for their actions.
