Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I’m applying for this position as moderator again because I enjoyed helping others, supporting the community, and making sure the game remained a fun and safe environment for everyone. My experience within the community and moderation and the corporate team is very extensive and very detailed, and I’ve proven myself to be reliable and dedicated, and a knowledgeable team member.
It started back with David in Hidden Society, he got me into community management and game setup. It has been virtually every community since then that I've been a part of with David and then had the chance of actually being an employee of his, right up to and including what's now Mountain Interactive. It was through this work that I decided to finally apply as a staff member and set on to become a moderator. I started with Perris, working hours & hours moderating and supporting the players within the game. As I became more involved I started to focus primarily on Los Angeles, California and became a consistent presence and high-energy support for staff and most players. At the time I was doing days & days of moderation taking over the leaderboard being number #1 over and over, I was eventually promoted to Senior Moderator. During that time, I also became a member of Internal Affairs, which was a big step in my development as a moderator. Internal Affairs taught me more about how staff systems function, and I did not take that responsibility lightly. I was twice promoted to Senior IA Agent, which was a direct reflection of my reliability and attention to staff management and performance. I understood the importance of learning from past experiences and applied those lessons to become a wiser and more responsible staff member.
From there, I progressed to Administrator, where I expanded my involvement by working within Training & Education (T&E) and Internal Affairs. I contributed directly by training new moderators, teaching them the rules, systems, and best practices for staff behavior. A number of the moderators that I trained continue to be active and successful to this day, something that I am extremely proud of.
Later, I was promoted to Senior Administrator, which I served for approximately two weeks before I was requested to join Customer Support. It was a great learning chance, as it allowed me to work side by side with the Executive Team, dealing with customers, resolving issues, and knowing how the support feature of the game operates. It expanded my skill set and gave me an equal understanding of how all the departments collaborate with each other.
Unfortunately, due to a moderator cleanout, I had to start over—but that never bothered me. I rejoined the team with the same vigor and climbed the ranks again. I once more worked as a Senior IA Agent, continuing my support to Internal Affairs even when departmental involvement was limited. Despite those restrictions, I remained active, committed, and committed to helping wherever I was needed. I concluded my career working my way back up to the Administrator rank before the most recent reset.
Skills & Strengths
Moderation Experience
Moderating this active community within both games and other roleplay games that are now dead . Experience with managing tough situations, de-escalating conflicts, and enforcing the rules fairly.
Leadership
Held several senior-level roles such as Administrator, Senior Admin, and senior positions in Internal Affairs and T&E.
Training & Mentorship: Trained new moderators, adjusting them to their roles and responsibilities. The majority of such moderators ended up being the best mods.
Communication: Worked as part of Customer Support with the Executive Team, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively support players and staff.
Consistency: Maintained active presence across multiple game titles and departments, demonstrating long-term commitment and accountability.
Being a part of the moderation team was a work assignment to me but was something I enjoyed, got good at in my free time, and took it seriously. I've shown that I care about the game and the team many times before, and I'm happy to do it again. Being selected as one of the pre-saved moderators gives me a second chance to provide that same passion, experience, and reliability to the team, and I look forward to returning to work.
I appreciate you looking at my application.

(They were all wiped) When Are You Usually Available to Moderate? CST. I can moderate pretty much any day and or time like i previously did before moderation isn't hard. How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
I mean what i usually do with rule breaking is give out verbal warnings and or just put them in the timeout box it doesn't make any sense to go and ban someone who's completely new to the game and made a simple mistake it would not make sense to go around banning new players who've only made a simple infraction. now if you sit up there and lie and you dont admit that you were wrong and explain it was a simple mistake that's when the trouble starts i feel like as long as people are honest an admit they are wrong you shouldn't do anything drastic towards them. now with repeat offenders i go based off the record they have and it'll depend on that sometimes I'll simply just put them in the timeout box or kick them from the game it doesn't require anything major as long as you remain unbiased and fair to people you should be set for the moderation team
