Yes, I got a warning for RDM a little more than a month ago. I was still getting used to the rules of the game at the time and killed two officers who I believed were arresting my friend that wanted me to kill him. I was then reported and told that I had RDM’ed them even though I was part or the original shooting. I wasn’t recording at the time and understood that without proof I looked bad so I apologized for my behavior and got warned.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
In all honesty I want to watch and be a part of this community's growth, it's got so much potential to be even better than it already is and I want to help. I want to be a part of the team that keeps the community safe and fun for everyone. It's corny and sounds completely unoriginal but it's the truth. For most people they likely just want the power that comes with the role and not the actual responsibility but I want to earn the community's trust and be a person they are comfortable coming to when they are experiencing issues both in and out of games. I noticed that the mods I’ve talked to have been people like that, reliable, trustworthy, always there for the community and the moment I met them I knew I wanted to become a moderator. I’m still fairly new to the community and understand that I have yet to make a positive impact on the community yet outside of donations, but I want to contribute even more.
I might not have much experience being a moderator for a large community online, but in real life I have learned a lot through being a captain of a track team for all 4 years of high school. Fair judgement being the main one, as captain I always had to hold both me and my team accountable for everything we did, good or bad. If someone broke the rules they had to be punished based on the severity, if I broke the rules I held myself to the same standards. When dishing out punishment I had to communicate calmly and without bias so I never escalated a situation unnecessarily. If a complaint about a team member was handed in I made sure to check both sides of the story first and collect evidence before punishing one or even both parties if needed. Even complaints about myself I never took as a personal attack but as a recommendation on how I can be a better leader so that I can uplift my team. But at the end of the day the only thing I truly wanted for my team was for everyone to get along and have fun. Life is too short to be stressing about every little thing.
All in all, moderator or not, I'm still going to support this community to the best of my abilities. I have met a lot of amazing people in my short time hanging out here. We have laughed together, fought together, got into trouble, and started new organizations. I’ve seen the legal side of the games and the illegal. Whether it's a criminal, a cop, a civilian, a fire fighter, or even a giant roach, every member in this community manages to bring a smile to my face. I’m truly thankful to be a part of this community and I hope to get a chance to better it even more with my own hands.
