My motivation to become a moderator is to be active when there are no mods online, recently I have seen that moderators haven't been as active as much. I plan to lead by example and encourage other moderator members to be active and enforce the rules by sop I plan to make the community feel better about moderating and not be scared of reporting members no matter the cause.
