Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

I play on LA mostly. I do Perris sometimes but with all the rule breaking that I see hurts to play. LA is more controlled and offers more RP which is what I love. However, I would go moderatre both espeically Perris since that's where most rules were broken.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

Explain your motivation. This question should be a few paragraphs or more. You may include:

I want to become a Moderator again because of how many rules were violated. MI was the first real RP game that I really enjoyed and that started with Victor Valley. I then moved on to Perris for a long time even though I wasn't active within the Discord. Perris gave me the best RP experince I could've asked for, yet most of the time I saw some rule being violated. Wether it was RDM, NLR, or even TA, it would happen and hardly ever did a mod come. I knew that I wanted to be the one to take a step up and help prevent Perris becoming a bad experince for others. I really thought about leaving MI because of how many times I was abused on Perris, but I stayed because I wanted to better the commuinty. I never knew what to do to even become a mod and I didn't get much help from the commmuinty. I finally gave up accepting defeat, then I found LA. LA was the best game that offered the RP I had always wanted. I finally met a person who helped direct me to staff applications where I put my hardest effort into. I was then DM'ed saying I was accepted and I was so happy. I was on Perris and LA doing my best to help the commuinty and other moderators. I feel that within the few months I was with the staff team, I made a lot of people happy and a lot of people mad. I wasn't the type of mod to always ban someone just because they didn't understand a rule. I feel that I was very fair and I explained the rules as best as I could to those so they don't make the same mistake again.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes. MysticMeadow23. I get that she's now corp but before she was even a mod I still helped her and her friends out as best as I could.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

PST. I am mostly free around 5-10pm PST on weekdays and mostly 10am-7pm on weekends. I usally stay pretty active since I have a lot of free time but that's just a rough time slot.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

Explain how you would deal with first-time offenders, repeat offenders, and what punishments you would apply. Show you understand how to be fair, consistent, and firm.

If someone broke a rule for the first time, I would simply explain the rules that they violated. If they understood and were sorry for their actions and truly never knew what the rule was or existed, I wouldn't even give a punishment. If they knew what they were doing even if it was their first offence, I would simply time them out or kick them from the server after explaining the rules better. Repeat offenders I wouldn't be as soft as they clearly knew what the rule was and ment and yet they did it again. I would still talk with them and ask why they did it and if they didn't understand their actions violated a rule, I would time them out or do a server kick rather than a ban. If I saw someone who was a repeat offender and they just clearly break it with no reguard or even feel bad, I would ban them and inform them they could appeal on our website.

Anything Else We Should Know?

When I had my staff perks, I was able to patrol on LASD and buy cars for both LAPD and LASD. LASD I made a huge impact with starting up their training divsion. Even though I left it since I had too much on my plate, I still made the base for it with crownvicauto and his other person (I forget their name).
