Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Ever since I played with my friends on console in our own servers, I've wanted to be a moderator, Unfortunately my record made that impossible and now with the openings and record wipe I am able to do that and I cant even comprehend how excited I am for this so I can grow positively and make long term relationships with the community and other members. I want to a help maintain a positive community, contribute to a safe and enjoyable gaming experience, and perhaps gain recognition or a sense of purpose within the MI games. I have experience being a senior moderator in a former military simulator Roblox game which I believe makes me a good candidate and fit for the position. My history with mountain interactive is a roller coaster, but as I said before this record wipe will change everything and give me the chance to serve the community I should've been serving.

I would go with verbal warnings, written warnings, timeouts, bans, then perm bans depending on the offenders record.
