So during a shift with my partner on RSCO, we noticed a drug dealer near baskball court. I want to know if it is possible to grow and sell.

To answer your question, At this point and time I believe that the system for growing and selling narcotics in Perris is not working but should be when the devs fully release the new V3 or V4 Perris
