What Happened? A while ago, I was permanently banned from Mountain Interactive's Perris, California game for violating the Terms of Service (VTOS). To be completely honest, what happened was entirely my fault. I said some things that were completely out of line and went against the rules of the community. At the time, I wasn’t thinking clearly and acted immaturely, not realizing the full impact of what I was doing.
Instead of handling the situation properly after being banned, I made another poor decision and attempted to ban evade by using an alternate account. Looking back, I realize that doing that only made the situation worse. It showed even more disrespect toward the staff and the rules that were already very fair and clear. I understand now that once you break the rules, you need to face the consequences — not try to dodge them.
After everything happened, I decided to leave the Mountain Interactive Discord server as well. The reason I left was simply because, after being banned from the game, I felt like there wasn’t any real purpose for me to stay in the Discord community anymore. I wasn’t trying to run away from anything — I just felt like I didn’t belong anymore, and honestly, I was embarrassed about how everything turned out.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? I’m writing this appeal because I’ve had a lot of time to reflect on everything that happened, and I can say confidently that I’ve learned from my mistakes. I realize now that the rules are there to protect the community and keep it a safe, fun place for everyone. When I chose to act out, I wasn’t just hurting myself — I was disrespecting the staff who work hard to maintain the community and the players who just want a positive experience.
losing access to the game really made me realize how much I valued it — not just the game, but the people, the events, and the community overall. I took it for granted, and I’m truly sorry for that.
I’m not here asking to be unbanned because I feel entitled to another chance. I’m asking for the opportunity to prove that I can do better. If I'm allowed back, I will fully respect all the rules, act responsibly, and show nothing but respect toward the staff and players. I will not engage in any behavior that even comes close to breaking the rules, and I will definitely never attempt ban evasion or anything like that again.
Everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is what you do after them. I’m committed to showing that I’ve grown from this and that I can be a positive part of the community if given another shot. Even if it’s with conditions or extra monitoring, I’m willing to accept that fully — I just ask for the chance to make things right.
